By accessing and using MavShot ("the Service"), a software product of Time Macro LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

MavShot is a web-based tool developed by Time Macro LLC that captures screenshots and video recordings of websites and applies them to device mockups. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Content Policy and Restrictions

MavShot enforces strict content policies to maintain a safe and legal service. The following categories of websites are NOT supported and will be automatically blocked:

• Adult Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult entertainment websites
• Gambling: Online casinos, betting sites, poker platforms, and lottery services
• Illegal Drugs: Websites promoting or selling illegal substances
• Violence: Sites containing graphic violence, gore, or disturbing content
• Malicious Content: Known malware, phishing, or scam websites
• Hate Speech: Websites promoting hatred, discrimination, or extremist ideologies
• Fraudulent Services: Sites involved in scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive practices

Additionally, for security reasons, MavShot does NOT support:

• Direct IP address access
• Tor hidden services (.onion domains)
• URL shortening services
• Proxy or VPN service websites

These restrictions are in place to comply with legal requirements, protect user security, and maintain ethical standards. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in immediate service termination.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MavShot to:

• Capture content from websites you do not own or have permission to access;
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights including copyright and privacy rights;
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent content filtering mechanisms;
• Circumvent security measures or authentication requirements of websites;
• Overload, damage, or impair the Service through excessive automated requests;
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes;
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without explicit permission from Time Macro LLC;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials generated by the Service.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you capture using MavShot. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to capture and use content from third-party websites. Time Macro LLC claims no ownership over the content you create using the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on MavShot are provided on an 'as is' basis. MavShot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Time Macro LLC, MavShot, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MavShot, even if Time Macro LLC, MavShot or a MavShot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Rate Limits and Fair Use

To ensure quality service for all users, MavShot implements rate limiting. Video recordings are limited to 30 seconds per capture and users may be subject to daily or hourly usage limits. Time Macro LLC reserves the right to modify these limits or suspend access for users who violate our fair use policy.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MavShot could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MavShot does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. MavShot may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

10. Links

MavShot has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MavShot of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

11. Modifications

Time Macro LLC may revise these terms of service for MavShot at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
